Pat Guettler built Unicorn Arcade as a free app for children and families. This page explains what information the app uses and how you can control it.
The app saves game progress locally on your device (for example, player name, coins, levels completed, and room decorations). This information is not sent to my servers and stays on the device unless you remove it.
The app may use Google services, including Google Play and (when enabled) Google AdMob for banner advertising. Those services may process device and app interaction data according to their own policies. When ads are shown, I configure child-directed, Families-appropriate advertising settings.
Parents and guardians can delete data as follows:
I do not operate user accounts; there is no separate account to delete on my servers.
Unicorn Arcade is designed for young children (including ages 5–8) and follows the Google Play Families Policy. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children on my servers. Local play data remains on the device as described above. When advertising is enabled, I use Google’s child-directed / Families-appropriate ad settings and do not allow behavioral advertising targeted at children in the app.
Data transmitted to Google for ads or Play services is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Local game data on your device is protected by your device’s operating system.
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
